Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Siebel Developer with strong expertise in Customer Service Web (CSW) and Enterprise Application Integration (EAI). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Siebel application development, integration solutions, configuration, workflow customization, and support activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Siebel CRM applications.
- Configure and customize Siebel components, business services, applets, views, workflows, and business processes.
- Develop and support Customer Service Web (CSW) functionalities.
- Implement and maintain Siebel EAI integrations with external systems.
- Develop integration solutions using EAI objects, XML, Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms.
- Create and modify Siebel workflows, business services, and scripting.
- Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Perform troubleshooting, defect fixing, and performance tuning.
- Support SIT, UAT, and production deployments.
- Prepare technical design documents and coding standards documentation.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Required Skills

- 4+ years of experience in Siebel CRM Development.
- Strong experience in:
- Siebel Customer Service Application
- Customer Service Web (CSW)
- Siebel EAI
- Siebel Workflows
- Business Services
- eScript and Browser Script
- Integration Objects
- Web Services (SOAP/REST)
- XML, XSD, WSDL

- Experience with Siebel Tools and Siebel Web Client.
- Knowledge of Siebel Open UI is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience in application integration and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of Siebel architecture and deployment processes.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working on Telecom, Healthcare, Banking, or CRM transformation projects.
- Exposure to middleware technologies such as Oracle SOA, MuleSoft, or Dell Boomi.
- Experience in Agile development methodologies.
- Siebel CRM Certification is preferred.
