- Practical Junior Malware Researcher(PJMR)
- Practical Junior Mobile Tester
- Practical Network Penetration Tester(PNPT)
- Burp Suite Certified Practitioner (BSCP)
- HTB Certified Defensive Security Analyst(HTBCDSA)
- Certified Red Team Qualified(CRTP)
- Any certificate from Altered Security
- Any certificate from Offensive Security
- Any certificate from HTB Academy
- CISM (Certified Information SecurityManager)
- CEH V12 or above
- Certified from Pentester Academy
- Certified SOC Analyst
- CompTIAA+

Experience:

- Overall 8 years of experience with minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in leading the team in the field of IT Security.
- The experience must include hands-on experience in managing SOC Team and implementing SOC Tools such as SIEM,IDS&IPS.;
- Experience with incident management,



risk management, coordinating with respective teams during as ecurity breach, and using various Cyber Security Threat Intelligence Tools.
- Desirable Experience:

- Strategic Oversight:Proven track record of providing strategic direction for SOC operations aligned with organizational objectives.
- Leadership in Incident Management:Demonstrated leadership in coordinating incident response efforts, including post-incident reviews and continuous improvement.
- SIEM Expertise: Extensive experience in evaluating, selecting,and implementing advanced SecurityInformation and Event Management (SIEM) solutions.
- Monitoring,Threat Hunting and ThreatIntelligence:Strong background in defining and implementing comprehensive monitoring strategies, including threat hunting and threat intelligence activities.
- Process Improvement and Innovation:Experience driving

Continuous improvement initiatives for SOC processes and toolsets to enhance operational effectiveness.

Job Objective

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Security

Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the following areas:

1. Security Operations Center(SOC):

a. Guide/Coordinate SOC operations, ensuring effective monitoring, analysis, and response to incidents.

b. Develop and implement forward-thinking SOC strategies to proactively address evolving threats.

c.



Drive continuous improvement of SOC processes and tool sets for enhanced operational effectiveness.

2. SIEM(Security Information and Event Management):

a. Evaluate, select, and implement advanced SIEM solutions tailored to evolving needs.

b. Lead customization and optimization of SIEM platforms for maximum operational efficiency.

3. MonitoringandLogging:

a. Define and implement comprehensive monitoring strategies, leveraging advanced tools for threat hunting.

b. Provide expert analysis of logs and security events, offering insights into complex threat landscapes.

4. Incident & RiskManagement:

a. Provide consultancy and support in conductingin-depth post-incident reviews to derive lessons learned and enhance incident and risk management capabilities.

Primary

Responsibilities

1. Provide consultancy and hands-onsupporttoSOCTeam.

2. Suggest and prepare procedures forsmoothSOCoperations and Playbooks.

3. Develop and implement forward-thinking SOC strategies to proactively address evolving threats.

4. Design and review security architectures, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information systems.

5. Should be aware of relevant regulations, standards, and government policies.

6. Providing guidance in the implementation of various SOC solutions/ tools.

7. Define and implement comprehensive monitoring strategies for proactive threat intelligence.

8. Provide expert analysis of logs and security events, offering insights into complex threat landscapes.

9. Provide thought leadership on the implementation of security policies and procedures.

10. Candidate should be willing to take additional responsibilities
