The Outdoor Games Manager will be responsible for planning, managing and supervising the day-to-day operations of all outdoor games. The role includes leading the outdoor games team, ensuring smooth operations, maintaining equipment, enforcing safety standards, delivering an excellent guest experience and achieving operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily outdoor game operations.
- Ensure all games are conducted safely and efficiently.
- Monitor, inspect and maintain outdoor gaming equipment.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the outdoor games team.
- Ensure guests receive a safe, enjoyable and engaging experience.
- Handle guest queries and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety across all outdoor activity areas.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
- Prepare operational reports and monitor team performance.
- Coordinate with other departments for seamless daily operations.
Requirements
- Any Graduate.
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, entertainment, hospitality, retail, or team management is preferred.
- Solid leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work on public holidays and peak business days as per operational requirements.
