About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Channel Sourcing Executive to strengthen and expand our network of channel partners, wealth managers, brokers, and institutional associates for our luxury residential projects in Mumbai. The role demands a deep understanding of the premium real estate ecosystem, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to drive consistent lead flow from external networks.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Partner Acquisition & Engagement

Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with top-performing channel partners, brokers, IPCs, and wealth managers catering to HNI/UHNI clientele.

Build a sustainable partner ecosystem aligned with the companys luxury positioning.

Conduct regular partner meets, training sessions, and incentive programs to ensure partner engagement.

Lead Generation & Revenue Contribution

Drive qualified lead flow and sales closures through channel partners.

Track, monitor, and enhance channel partner performance to maximize contribution to overall project sales.

Ensure partners are well-versed with project USPs, pricing,



and closing strategies.

Market Development & Networking

Leverage networks across Mumbai, NRIs, private bankers, and corporate CXO groups for business opportunities.

Stay abreast of competitor activity and channel trends in the luxury real estate market.

Represent the brand at high-profile channel and industry events.

Process & Compliance

Ensure all channel partner documentation, agreements, and RERA compliance requirements are met.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with channel strategies.

Maintain robust reporting and dashboards on partner contribution and ROI.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate/MBA with 37 years of experience in channel sales within luxury residential real estate.

Strong network of active brokers, wealth managers, and channel partners in Mumbai.

Proven ability to generate high-ticket (5 Cr+) transactions through channel networks.

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Strong understanding of Mumbais luxury buyer landscape and channel dynamics.

Target-driven, energetic, and adept at building trust-based partnerships.
