We're Hiring for Relationship Manager role In Banca Channel.
Job Summary:
We're looking for a driven and customer-focused Front Line Sales Executive to join our Banca Life Insurance team! As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth by selling life insurance products to customers through our banca partnerships.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Meet and exceed sales targets for life insurance products
- Build and maintain robust relationships with banca partners.
- Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities
- Achieve persistency targets and ensure quality business
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
*Requirements:*
- Min. 1-2 years of sales experience (insurance preferred)
- Graduate degree
- Willingness to travel
