Role & responsibilities

- Download rates from Shipping line web port
- Review the rates + schedule as per customer requirements and place booking with the shipping line on receipt of nomination from Customer
- Follow up with shipping line for booking release and check Vessel, pick up date and validity on the booking released to avoid problems at time of pickup
- Coordinate with surveyor & transporter for container movement
- Organize for lashing, dunnage or any specific customer request for stuffing
- Update customer on container placement details
- On receipt of the export documents, coordinate with Customer + CHA for SB Checklist, and organize for filing of Shipping bill after customer approval
- Organize for FORM 13 & VGM submission, and follow up for FORM 13




- Share the shipment documents to documentation Team for processing
- Coordinate with Transporter till offloading of container
- Once offloaded share details to documentation team
- Share pre-alert to customer /agent
- Follow-up on the shipment arrival and delivery at destination
- Maintain Valid quotation from Vendors, basis the type of service engaged
- Organize to collect all vendor invoice and share to docs team for processing
