We are a leading architecture, urban design and planning consultancy seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base and drive strategic growth across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop recent business opportunities in architecture, master planning, urban design, institutional, healthcare, hospitality, commercial, residential, and mixed-use sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, government agencies, PSUs, corporates and project management consultants.
- Track upcoming projects, RFQs, EOIs, RFPs, and tenders.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into new projects.
- Coordinate proposals, presentations, and fee submissions with the design team.
- Represent the firm at conferences, networking events, and client meetings.
- Develop strategic alliances with consultants, contractors, and international design firms.




- Maintain a robust CRM database and prepare monthly business development reports.

Desired Profile

- 5-12 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in Architecture, Real Estate, Construction, Engineering, or Project Consultancy.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong network with developers, government departments, industrial clients, and decision-makers.
- Experience in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
- Willingness to travel across India.
