About the Role

Sunbrilo Technology is looking for an experienced Business Analyst who can effectively bridge business requirements and technical solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in HRMS or similar domains, excellent stakeholder management skills, and expertise in documenting business processes using visual tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops and prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
- Create detailed process flows and workflow diagrams using MIRO (Mandatory).
- Record business process walkthroughs and requirement discussions through video recordings for documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate closely with business users, product teams, developers, and QA teams.
- Prepare impactful presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements.




- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), requirement clarification, and project implementation.
- Manual testing of each user cases and UAT environment testing

Mandatory Skills

- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Robust hands-on experience with MIRO (Mandatory)
- Experience in HRMS or similar business domains
- Ability to create detailed business process maps and workflows
- Comfortable recording process demonstrations and documentation through video
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, ECBA, PMI-PBA) are an added advantage.
