Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Insights:
- Analyse transaction data, customer behaviour, and product performance to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare dashboards and MIS reports for senior management
- Ensures data quality and insights for reports for decision making
Product Support:
- Assist in designing workflows/ Data Models for product features and sales campaigns.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Ensures time-bound delivery and effectiveness of campaigns/features/changes
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a bridge between business teams and central teams
- Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies effectively.
