JOB ROLE_ Customer Relationship Associate

Outbound & Inbound

*Role*: Call the customers and explain about TallyPrime/ERP 9 licenses and AMC to new + existing customer

Key Duties:

- *Inbound*: Handle calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp/email inquiries. Do product demos.

- *Outbound*: Cold call, visit CA firms & SMEs to generate leads and close sales.

- Meet monthly sales targets for licenses, upgrades, and renewals.

- Coordinate installation, training, and basic support.

*Requirements*:

- Graduate. Basic accounting + Tally knowledge.

- Positive communication in English + Telugu/Hindi.

- Bcom or Any Graduates can apply

- Skils_ Tally knowledge, Msoffice

Note: Tally Free Training in provided for freshers
