Job Responsibilities:

- Source IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Maintain candidate records in the ATS.
- Learn the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle.

Eligibility

- Freshers or recent graduates (Any Degree).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in US IT Recruitment.
- Basic knowledge of IT technologies is an added advantage.
- Willing to work in the Night Shift (US Shift).
