Solution & Implementation/Transition - Manager IC

Eligibility:-

1. Total 7 - 8+ years minimum experience required specifically in RCM
2. Experience of Solutioning & Implementation/Transitioning for at least 1+ years.
3. Addl experience in solutioning or transitioning, coding and payer services will be a plus

Job Responsibility

1. IC Role
2. Solutioning Physician RCM, Hospital RCM, Coding, Payor Opportunities.
3. Implementation & Transitioning of Projects related to Physician RCM. Hospital RCM, Coding services, and Payor services in close coordination with the Client, Operations, Training , and Quality teams
4. Participating and leading Implementation calls as required
5. Effective Follow up
6. Tracking and Reporting progress of Implementation

Skills and Knowledge Requirements

1. Strong Communication and Coordination Skills
2.



Strong understanding of RCM (Physician & Hospital), and reasonable knowledge of how coding and payer services work
3. Strong ability to slice/dice data, analyze and make recommendations on staffing and revenue potential of opportunities
4. Strong understanding of the key implementation items relative to the business and service line
5. Good general writing and email writing skills
6. Strong ability to track and effectively follow up
7. Robust Excel, Word, and PPT skills
8. Knowledge and expertise on data analytical tools will be a big plus.
