Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions for blue collar positions (Nannies/caregivers)
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable applicants.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with shortlisted candidates.
- Ensure timely communication with (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-4 years of experience in blue collar hiring
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate salaries and advantages packages.
- Proficiency in using ATS software like Naukri.com or similar platforms.
