1. Patient Care
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.
- Monitor patients' conditions and respond to emergencies.

- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and guide junior nurses, nursing assistants, and support staff.
- Allocate duties and manage shift assignments.
- Mentor and train newly recruited nursing personnel.
- Ensure adherence to nursing protocols and hospital policies.
- Clinical Coordination
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Participate in patient rounds and care planning.
- Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Quality and Safety
- Ensure infection control and patient safety standards are maintained.
- Monitor quality indicators and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Report and manage incidents, adverse events, and patient complaints.
- Administrative Duties
- Maintain nursing supplies and equipment.
- Prepare reports and maintain departmental records.
- Assist in policy implementation and accreditation activities.
- Patient and Family Education
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
- Provide counseling and health promotion advice.
