1. Automation Engineer (24 Years)

Location: Pune (Urawade)
Position: Automation Engineer
Experience: 2 to 4 Years
Qualification: BE/B.Tech/Diploma Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or Mechatronics

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and troubleshoot PLC, HMI & SCADA applications.
- Perform I/O testing, hardware configuration, FAT & site commissioning.
- Support shop floor trials and machine validation.
- Coordinate with senior engineers during automation projects.
- Travel to customer sites for installation and commissioning.

Skills Required:

- PLC/HMI/SCADA Siemens, Rockwell (Allen Bradley), Mitsubishi
- Robotics – ABB, Fanuc, Yaskawa
- Vision Systems – Cognex, Sick, Banner, Leuze
- VFD & Servo Drives
- Ladder Logic, FBD, STL, SQL
- Valuable troubleshooting and communication skills

2. Senior Automation Engineer (5–8 Years)

Location: Pune (Urawade)
Position: Senior Automation Engineer
Experience: 5–8 Years
Qualification: BE/B.Tech – Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or Mechatronics

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop PLC,



HMI & SCADA software for industrial automation projects.
- Prepare Functional Design Specifications, Logic Flow, Interlocks and Alarm documents.
- Lead FAT, SAT, commissioning and customer acceptance.
- Mentor junior engineers and standardize software development.
- Coordinate with customers during project execution.

Skills Required:

- PLC/HMI/SCADA – Siemens, Rockwell (Allen Bradley), Mitsubishi
- Robotics – ABB, Fanuc, Yaskawa
- Vision Systems – Cognex, Sick, Banner, Leuze
- Ladder Logic, FBD, STL, AOI, PlantPAx Library, SQL
- Team handling and project execution experience
- Willingness to travel across India and overseas for commissioning
