We are looking for an experienced Epic BI Engineer ll 5+ yrs of exp ll Remote with strong hands-on expertise in the Epic reporting and analytics ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have experience working with healthcare data, ETL processes, SQL, Snowflake, and BI reporting. Experience in Cerner-to-Epic migration projects is highly preferred.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Epic BI tools: Cogito, Clarity, Caboodle, and Radar Dashboards
- Strong experience in Epic reporting and healthcare analytics
- Experience with Cerner-to-Epic migration projectsis preferred
- Strong hands-on expertise in SQL and Snowflake
- Experience with ETL processes, data integration, and healthcare data reporting
- Strong understanding of Clinical, Financial, and Operational healthcare data domains
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI
- Experience working with large healthcare organizations or hospital systems

Preferred Qualifications

- Epic Certification(s)in Cogito, Clarity, or Caboodle
- Knowledge of HL7 and FHIR
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience handling large-scale healthcare datasets and complex reporting requirements

Key Responsibilities





- Develop and maintain reporting and analytics solutions using Epic Cogito, Clarity, Caboodle, and Radar
- Build and optimize complex SQL queries and healthcare data pipelines
- Support healthcare data migration and integration initiatives, particularly Cerner-to-Epic migrations
- Design and maintain ETL workflows and reporting datasets
- Develop dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI
- Work with clinical, financial, and operational healthcare data
- Collaborate with business, clinical, analytics, and engineering teams to deliver accurate and scalable reporting solutions.
