Role & responsibilities
1.Understanding Hiring Requirements
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- Analyze job descriptions and candidate specifications.
- Identify key skills, qualifications, and experience required for the role.
2. Sourcing Candidates
- Search candidates through job portals, social media, databases, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline.
- Use various sourcing techniques to attract qualified candidates.
3. Screening and Shortlisting
- Review resumes and applications.
- Conduct initial telephonic or virtual screening interviews.
- Evaluate candidates based on experience, skills, communication, and cultural fit.
- Shortlist suitable profiles for further interview rounds.
Preferred candidate profile
Non IT recruiter with 1-3 years of experience with passion for recruiting people. Knowlege of Hindi is a must.
