About the Role

Service Team leader handles a team of Mechanical, Electrical and Software engineers who are responsible for providing support to the machines during breakdown / modification. Also plan for preventive maintenance

- Time management of the resources for providing support of the systems
- Communicate with the customer on the status of the support and make sure that the problems are addressed on-time.
- Technical guidance to the team to provide service quickly
- Maintaining the Knowledge Base required for quick service.
- Manage the material procurement for the support activities
- Reviewing the engineer on performance and providing training
- AMC planning and execution

- Very Good Knowledge on Electrical circuits, Mechanical systems and trouble shooting skills
