In this role, you will act as a point of contact for hiring managers and external suppliers and help ensure that the recruitment process runs smoothly from intake to onboarding. You will be responsible for managing your own set of vacancies, working closely with temporary labor suppliers and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders involved. You will oversee the end-to-end process and help ensure alignment between all parties. performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs Talent Acquisition - End to End involves managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish. This includes identifying job needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers. The goal is to efficiently fill positions with the best talent. - Act as the main point of contact for hiring managers and external suppliers (agencies)
- Coordinate and manage the recruitment process from intake to onboarding
- Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and monitor progress
- Ensure clear communication and alignment between stakeholders
- Support agreements and process execution in collaboration with involved parties Profile
- Able to prioritize work and organize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with MS Office required; experience with SAP Fieldglass and Workday is a plus
- Professional level of English;
- Bachelors degree or equivalent level of working and thinking
