Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Service Engineer with a background in Electrical &

Electronics Engineering (EEE) to support installation, maintenance, and servicing of industrial

machinery. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime, and

delivering high-quality service support at both plant and customer sites.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues efficiently.
- Respond promptly to service calls and machine breakdowns at plant and client

locations.

- Install, commission, and test new machines at customer sites.
- Maintain accurate service logs, documentation, and maintenance reports.
- Assist in upgrading or retrofitting existing machinery to enhance performance.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and minimize equipment downtime.




- Coordinate with Production and R&D; teams to resolve recurring technical issues.
- Provide training to client personnel on basic maintenance and safe machine operation.
- Manage and maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and consumables required for

service activities.

Qualifications

- Mandatory: B.E. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)

Experience

- Minimum 1+ years of experience in machine servicing, maintenance, or field service

engineering roles

Skill Requirements

- Strong knowledge of machine wiring and electrical panel wiring
- Hands-on experience in machine servicing and maintenance
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical and basic mechanical systems
- Good understanding of industrial equipment and field service operations
- Proficiency in documentation and report preparation Mandatory

Additional Requirement

- Willingness to travel extensively for on-site service, installation, and support activities
