We're Hiring: Senior Accountant / SME / Team Lead GL / R2R

Location: Thoraipakkam, Chennai
Shift: 7:00 PM 4:00 AM
Notice Period: Up to 30 Days

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee General Ledger (GL) / Record-to-Report (R2R) activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Handle client communication and stakeholder management effectively.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team to achieve performance and productivity goals.
- Review and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L;) statements and Balance Sheets.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and internal controls.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience in the GL / R2R domain.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.




- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Willingness to work in the 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM shift.
