Ojas Maxivision Eye Hospital is a leading eye care provider committed to delivering exceptional ophthalmic services through advanced technology and a patient-centric approach. We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our Finance & Accounts team.

Role & responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
- Record purchase, sales, receipts, and payment entries in the accounting system.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements (BRS).
- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable management.
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Maintain cash and petty cash records.
- Prepare and verify payment vouchers and journal entries.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors,



and internal departments when required.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Generate MIS reports and other financial reports as required by management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- 13 years of accounting experience (hospital or healthcare experience preferred).
- Valuable knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Solid numerical and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
