We are hiring 300 Assembly Associates for a leading automotive manufacturing company in Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra. The role involves assembling automotive wire harnesses and auto components in a up-to-date, fully air-conditioned manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble automotive wire harnesses and auto components as per company standards.
- Perform standing assembly work during the assigned shift.
- Follow production targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Operate assembly tools and equipment safely.
- Adhere to safety protocols and workplace discipline.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the workstation.
- Support supervisors in achieving daily production goals.
Requirements
- Qualification: 8th / 9th / 10th / 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma / Graduate
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Physically fit for standing work.
