Manager / Sr. Executive - Open Access Power Procurement | Pan India | E3 Group

Location: Delhi NCR + Travel to different state sites

Role Summary:

We are hiring an Open Access Specialist to lead electricity procurement for all E3 Group companies across Pan-India locations. The role involves reducing power cost by shifting from Discom to OA - through Power Exchange, Bilateral, and RE sources.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pan-India OA Procurement: Identify cheapest power sources across states and procure for all E3 units via STOA/MTOA/LTA

2. Cost Saving: Do monthly landed cost analysis - Discom vs OA for each state. Target 15-25% saving

3. Regulatory: End-to-end handling with SLDC, STU, Discoms for connectivity, NOC, scheduling, energy accounting

4. Trading: Execute trades on IEX/PXIL.



Negotiate bilateral PPAs with generators and RE developers

5. Vendor Management: Build and manage panel of traders, generators, and OA consultants across states

6. MIS: Monthly savings report, budget vs actual power cost for all units

7. Compliance: Track changes in CSS, Banking, Wheeling policies state-wise

Required Skills:

1. 3-5 years in Open Access / Power Procurement for industrial consumers

2. Deep knowledge of OA charges of at least 5 states - Uttarakhand, Gujarat, Haryana, Rajasthan, UP

3. Experience in dealing with SLDCs and Power Exchanges

4. MBA/B.E in Power/Energy preferred

5. Must be able to travel to plant locations
