Role & responsibilities

The role involves building solid client relationships, generating qualified leads, managing the sales pipeline, and converting prospects into long-term customers.

The BDM plays a key role in executing business growth strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry engagement.

Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Expand the companys client base and market presence in targeted sectors and regions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close business deals.

Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.

Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.





Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records for accurate forecasting.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to enhance brand visibility.

Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial offers aligned with client requirements.

Coordinate with finance, legal, and operations teams for pricing, contract terms, and approvals.

Ensure timely submission of proposals and follow-up with prospective clients.

Preferred candidate profile

BBA/MBA (Marketing, Sales, or related specialization) Freshers are welcome.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.

Basic knowledge of MS Office.

Willingness to travel for client meetings (if required).
