A Customer Service Executive (Voice Process) is responsible for assisting customers over phone calls and ensuring their issues are resolved professionally.

Typical job responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls.
- Answer customer questions about products or services.
- Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Update customer information in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant team.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Eligibility:

- Any graduate (freshers are usually eligible).
- Positive communication skills in English; many roles also require Hindi or another regional language.




- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required.

A Non-Voice Process Executive handles customer support and back-office work through email, live chat, ticketing systems, or data processing instead of phone calls.

Typical job responsibilities:

- Respond to customer queries via email or chat.
- Process customer requests and update records.
- Perform data entry and document verification.
- Resolve issues and escalate complex cases when needed.
- Maintain accurate records and meet quality standards.

Eligibility:

- Any graduate (freshers are often eligible).
- Good written English and typing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet).
- Attention to detail and ability to work in shifts if required.
