Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and execute Environment activities and execute integration testing for FM Converge (FMC) for FM Converge (FMC) platform and related upstream/downstream systems.
- Review business and system requirements to manage the environment covering functional flows, system interfaces, and data validations.
- Coordinate with business, support, and development tams to understand business flows and dependencies.
- Perform root cause analysis for issues identified during deployment and work with development teams for resolution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of environment processes, tools, and automation frameworks.
- Participate in daily status calls, defect triage meetings, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure setting deadlines are met with high quality deliverables, aligned with project timelines.
- Support post-production deployment validations and early life support (Warranty Phase).




- High quality deployment and management of environments High quality integration testing with minimal production issues post go live.
- Timely closure of deployment activities within defined schedules.
- Accurate test data setup and management across integrated environments.
- Effective communication with stakeholders for requirement clarification, issue resolution and testing updates.
- Active participation in project lifecycle activities - requirements review, test planning, release planning and cutover rehearsals.
