Talent Acquisition Technical Hiring (EV / Electronics /Embedded)

AMEC Technology is looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition professional to drive end-to-end hiring for our R&D; and engineering teams across Electronics, Embedded Systems, Hardware, EV, and related domains.

This role is ideal for someone who understands deep-tech hiring, enjoys execution-focused recruiting, and can work closely with founders and engineering teams in a rapid-paced startup setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead hiring for Embedded, PCB Design, Power Electronics, Firmware, Hardware, and EV engineering roles
- Build strong pipelines through LinkedIn, referrals, engineering communities, and niche sourcing channels
- Source candidates from EV, automotive, electronics, semiconductor, and hardware companies.




- Drive high-quality screening processes, including technical assessments and structured

interviews.

- Work closely with founders, CTOs, and engineering leaders to understand evolving talent needs.
- Support basic HR operations (policies, documentation, employee records) as needed in a startup setup.
- Improve hiring quality, turnaround time and offer to join conversation.

What we are looking for:

- 46 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a strong focus on technical hiring.
- Strong understanding of engineering roles and ability to assess technical profiles.
- Excellent stakeholder management (founders, engineers, leadership).
- High ownership and ability to operate independently.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build from scratch.
