Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients through various channels.
- Generate and qualify business leads.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable IT service solutions.
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings and follow up with prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in the CRM.
