Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a candidate who will be responsible for managing entire site activities of Hydrant, Fire and CCTV projects with respect to installation & commissioning of LV system, managing contractors/client at site.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Project Planning: Project planning, coordinating and implementing the plan. Share and update the project plan with stakeholders like customer or internal teams.

2. Execution: Coordinate with customer for smooth functioning of projects, monitor budget and margins, work with supervisor to ensure targeted margins and cashflow, assign manpower according to project need, assign contractor manpower according to project need, coordinate with contractor for respective project. Approve contractor bills after verifying measurement reports / installation reports etc. Verify execution is happening as per project plan, Attend and conduct project meetings.

3. Site Management:



Coordinating with customer, manpower planning & management, contractor finalization, problem solving & timely completion.

4. Readiness/Adaptability: The person should be ready for site-posting, travelling, meeting deadliness, handling multiple site, value enquiry etc.

5. Customer Management: Weekly Review, payment follow up, reporting/handling escalation and drive customer.

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma or Graduate in any Engineering field (Prefer Mechanical or Electronics background)

Knowledge of Operations and Maintenance for all LV systems

Computer literacy particular with Microsoft outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft word and Power Point

Projects execution skills

Robust communications and coordination skills.
