We are seeking an experienced and energetic Quality Control Head to lead the Quality Assurance & Quality Control function of our state-of-the-art IQF Frozen Vegetable manufacturing facility. The incumbent will be responsible for establishing world-class quality systems, ensuring compliance with national and international food safety standards, driving continuous improvement initiatives, managing laboratory operations, customer audits, regulatory compliance, and delivering products that consistently meet customer and export quality requirements. The role demands strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience in frozen vegetable processing.
Key Responsibilities:-
*Lead the entire Quality Assurance & Quality Control function across Raw Material, Processing, Packaging, Cold Storage and Dispatch.
*Establish quality standards, SOPs, specifications and inspection procedures.
*Ensure complete compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, GHP, ISO.
*Maintain readiness for customer, third-party and regulatory audits.
*Ensure critical process parameters remain within defined limits.
*Validate CCPs and OPRPs under HACCP.
*Manage Physical and Microbiological laboratories.
*Ensure calibration of laboratory equipment.
*Strong knowledge of IQF Frozen Vegetable Processing.
*Develop and implement quality control procedures to prevent contamination and improve product quality.
Candidate Profile:-
*Proven experience in Frozen Vegetables Processing Industry.
*Hands-on exposure to export-oriented food manufacturing.
*Strong understanding of cold chain quality management.
