Job Summary
Drive franchise-related operations, sales and support within Franchisee Operations, strengthening the franchise networks performance and compliance. This role operates at the Entry-Level Executive level, under guidance from the reporting manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Support/execute Franchisee Operations activities across assigned franchise centres
- Track franchise performance, collections and operational compliance
- Coordinate between HO and franchise centres for smooth operations
- Support onboarding, training and issue resolution for franchise partners
- Maintain accurate MIS on franchise performance for Franchisee Operations
- Identify growth opportunities and support expansion initiatives

- Relationship management with franchise partners

- Comfort with CRM/franchise-management software
