Location: Navi Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the cold storage facility for spices and pulses.
- Maintain optimum temperature and humidity to ensure product quality.
- Supervise warehouse staff, loadmen, housekeeping, and security personnel.
- Monitor refrigeration/AC plants and coordinate preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs.
- Ensure proper inventory management, loading/unloading, and stock accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness, pest control, and food safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, fire, and labour regulations.
- Prepare daily operational reports and maintain temperature and maintenance records.
Requirements
- Diploma/Graduate in any relevant discipline.
- 3+ of experience in cold storage or warehouse operations.
- Hands-on experience with refrigeration/AC plants is mandatory.
- Valuable leadership, warehouse management, and documentation skills.
