Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer interactions for international clients.
- Verify customer information and resolve queries efficiently.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring First Call Resolution (FCR).
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support teams.
- Accurately update customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Achieve quality, productivity, CSAT, and AHT targets.

Eligibility

- Undergraduates and Graduates can apply.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.




- Willingness to work in US/UK night shifts.
- Basic computer proficiency.
