About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Commercial Loan Servicing Representative

Responsibilities

- Service commercial real estate loans including construction and problem loans, and may include commercial real estate agency loans
- Provide direct customer service and acts as primary servicing contact for the loan
- Support less experienced loan administrators in providing resolutions of inquiries and complaints
- Determine appropriate course of action and conduct investigative steps to fully identify customer issues
- Perform complex administrative and customer support tasks by managing daily schedules, and providing work direction to the team
- Assist in setting performance standards, and recommend process or policy improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
- Review moderately complex loan servicing documentation language, book and fund new loans and modifications, including reviewing of input
- Monitor collateral and prepare payoff letters, releasing collateral; customer research and billing; obtain insurance information and monitor ongoing coverage
- Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experienced individuals
- Respond independently to complaints escalated at the highest level
- Provide training and guidance to less experienced loan administrators and perform quality assurance and approve the work of other staff
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Interact with internal customers
- Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Commercial Loan Servicing support experience,



or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

- Experience in Commercial Loan Servicing support, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, education

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 35 years of relevant experience in loan operations, trade settlements, or financial services.

Job Expectations
- Process loan transactions (funding, booking, servicing) accurately and within defined timelines.
- Review and validate loan documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
- Manage Service Requests (SRs) within agreed SLAs, ensuring quality checks before closure.
- Act as a processor for Agency and Member loan activities, ensuring adherence to process guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Collateral, QC, DA, etc.) to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain accurate records and regularly update systems, trackers, and shared repositories.
- Monitor settlement timelines and ensure timely execution of trade settlements.
- Identify process gaps, risks, and inefficiencies; proactively recommend and drive improvements.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and audit standards.
- Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and timely escalation of issues impacting delivery.
- Support team collaboration and contribute to a high-performance, quality-focused culture.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace, managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
