Hiring for Patient Calling (Inbound Process) with RCM experience
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Patient Calling (Inbound Process) with RCM experience
Experience into US Healthcare is required
- Willingness to work in an inbound calling process.
- Excellent communication skills are mandatory
- Handle inbound calls from patients, insurance companies and other stakeholders to resolve billing-related issues.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office only)
5 Days working in a week
- Night shifts (9:30 pm to 6:30 am)
Two way cab is provided
- Relieving letter is mandatory.
