We are seeking an experienced PEGA Test Lead to lead the testing strategy, planning, execution, and quality assurance for enterprise PEGA applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience testing PEGA PRPC/PEGA Infinity, Customer Service (CSR/CPM Framework), Constellation applications, and enterprise integrations. This role requires leading QA teams, defining automation strategies, and ensuring highquality software delivery across Agile projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end testing activities for enterprise PEGA applications.

Prepare test strategy, test plans, estimation, schedules, and resource planning.

Manage Functional, Integration, System, Regression, UAT, and Production Validation testing.

Lead QA teams and assign testing activities.

Review business requirements and technical design documents to develop comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.

Validate PEGA workflows, case management, business rules, decisioning, and UI components.

Coordinate testing of REST APIs, SOAP services, and third-party integrations.

Lead testing for technology modernization and data migration initiatives.

Track defects, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution with development teams.

Monitor quality metrics and prepare status reports for stakeholders.

Drive automation testing initiatives and continuous quality improvements.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and release planning.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science,



Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

12+ years of QA experience with at least 5 years testing PEGA applications.

Robust experience with PEGA PRPC / PEGA Infinity.

Experience testing Customer Service (CSR/CPM Framework) and Constellation applications.

Experience validating REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and enterprise integrations.

Hands-on experience with Jira, ALM, Azure DevOps, or similar test management tools.

Experience leading QA teams in Agile environments.

Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, defect lifecycle, and release management. Technical Skills
