Position : Manager Expansion Projects

Job Summary :

Civil Engineer to manage and coordinate the execution of our school expansion projects across multiple locations. The role will serve as the primary liaison between the school management, project management team, consultants, contractors, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with the school's quality and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Coordination :

-> Coordinate with project management teams across all expansion sites to track project progress, milestones, and deliverables.

-> Ensure alignment between project execution and the school's operational and design requirements.

-> Facilitate communication between leadership, architects, consultants, contractors, and project teams.

Site Monitoring :

-> Visit expansion sites regularly to review progress, quality, safety, and adherence to approved plans.

-> Identify risks, delays, and execution challenges, and work with the project team to resolve them.

-> Verify that construction activities meet the required quality standards and timelines.





Stakeholder Management :

-> Act as the single point of contact between school management and expansion project teams.

-> Coordinate with internal departments to ensure infrastructure requirements are incorporated into project plans.

-> Support decision-making by providing timely updates and recommendations.

Planning & Reporting :

-> Consolidate progress reports from all project sites.

-> Prepare weekly and monthly project dashboards for senior leadership.

-> Track project schedules, budgets, approvals, and key action items.

Quality & Compliance :

-> Ensure projects comply with approved designs, statutory requirements, and the school's quality standards.

-> Monitor closure of defects and punch-list items before project handover.

Handover & Operational Readiness :

-> Coordinate with school operations teams to ensure facilities are ready for occupancy.

-> Support final inspections, snag rectification, and project handover.
