Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and supervise the pharmacy team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of pharmaceutical services.
- Develop and implement pharmacy protocols and procedures to maintain high standards of patient care and safety.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide expert advice on medication therapy and treatment plans.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of pharmacy activities, including inventory management and patient data.
- Provide training and development opportunities to junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, medications, and medical terminology.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Familiarity with pharmacy information systems and software applications.
