Roles and Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support full stack applications using Java 11+, Spring Framework, Angular 14+, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Build scalable backend services, APIs, reusable business components, and integration layers with strong focus on maintainability, performance, and security.
- Develop responsive and maintainable frontend modules using Angular 14+, TypeScript, JavaScript, object-oriented concepts, reusable components, and clean UI integration patterns.
- Design and build scalable cloud-native solutions leveraging Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform as per project architecture and deployment needs.
- Work with RDBMS and MongoDB for schema design, data access, query optimization, data modelling, and application integration.
- Support modern software engineering practices including Agile delivery, coding standards, source control, build processes, test automation, CI/CD pipelines, and code reviews.
- Move code across Dev, Test, Staging, and Production environments while troubleshooting issues across the CI/CD pipeline and release workflow.
- Implement and support unit, integration, system, and regression testing to ensure functional quality and production stability.
- Use monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk and Datadog for troubleshooting, observability, alert analysis, and application health tracking.
- Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly for coding, debugging, refactoring, documentation, unit-test generation, and productivity improvement while validating all generated outputs.
- Collaborate with clients, product owners, architects, QA, DevOps, and distributed engineering teams through clear communication and strong delivery ownership

Backend Engineering

- Strong proficiency in Java programming, including Java 11 and above.
- Strong proficiency in Spring Framework and backend application development.
- Basic concept and practical understanding of APIs is mandatory.
- Expertise in database management with RDBMS and MongoDB.
- Ability to build secure, scalable, maintainable, and testable backend services and integration layers.

Frontend Engineering

- Strong development expertise in Angular 14+.
- Solid expertise in TypeScript and JavaScript.




- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts in JavaScript.
- Ability to build reusable UI components, integrate APIs, debug frontend issues, and maintain high-quality client-side code.

Cloud, DevOps and Release Engineering

- Design and build cloud-native solutions using Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Practice modern software engineering using Agile methodologies, coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, test automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of moving code from Dev/Test to Staging and Production, including troubleshooting CI/CD pipeline issues.
- Familiarity with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

Testing, Monitoring and Operations

- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies including unit, integration, system, and regression testing.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk and Datadog.
- Ability to troubleshoot application, database, integration, pipeline, and environment-related issues.

AI-Assisted Development and Communication

- Must have experience in AI-assisted development using tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Azure AI, Cursor, CodeWhisperer, or equivalent tools.
- Ability to validate AI-generated code for correctness, security, maintainability, test coverage, and alignment with coding standards.
- Must have excellent client communication skills for requirement clarification, status updates, technical discussion, and issue resolution.

Should-Have Skills

- Proficiency in working with Linux or macOS environments.
- Working knowledge of Python is a plus.
- Exposure to cloud monitoring, cost-aware development practices, security scanning, and application performance tuning is an added advantage.
- Experience working with distributed teams and remote collaboration tools will be beneficial.

What Is Necessary for This Role





- Hands-on full stack delivery experience across Java backend and Angular frontend, not only support or coordination experience.
- Strong hands-on Java 11+ and Spring Framework capability with practical understanding of APIs and database-backed application development.
- Strong Angular 14+, TypeScript, and JavaScript development capability with solid object-oriented fundamentals.
- Cloud-native mindset with ability to work on scalable designs using Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Practical CI/CD understanding, including movement of code across Dev, Test, Staging, and Production environments.
- Testing mindset with ability to contribute to unit, integration, system, and regression testing quality.
- Experience using Splunk or Datadog for monitoring/logging and ability to troubleshoot production or pre-production issues.
- AI-assisted development experience with responsible validation of generated outputs.
- Excellent client communication skills and ability to explain technical updates clearly

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for a strong Full Stack Engineer with 5 to 9 years of industry experience in Java, Angular, TypeScript, cloud-native engineering, API integration, databases, CI/CD practices, testing, monitoring, and AI-assisted development. The candidate should have a strong computer science foundation, excellent client communication skills, and the ability to build scalable, maintainable, and production-ready applications across frontend, backend, cloud, and DevOps layers

A full stack engineer with strong hands-on development experience in Java 11+, Spring, Angular 14+, TypeScript, and JavaScript.

- Comfortable working across cloud, database, API, frontend, testing, CI/CD, and monitoring areas.
- Able to interact confidently with clients and internal stakeholders while maintaining delivery ownership.
- Experienced in using AI-assisted development tools productively and responsibly within enterprise software engineering practices.

Education and Experience

- Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5 to 9 years of industry experience working on related software engineering technologies.
- Strong computer science foundation with strong object-oriented concepts, especially in JavaScript and application design.
