What would you do Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs The HR Service Delivery Senior Analyst is responsible for leading Workforce Administration operations, ensuring accurate and timely execution of employee lifecycle transactions, maintaining data integrity, driving process improvements, and supporting client and business stakeholders. The role combines operational expertise with team leadership and continuous improvement initiatives. Process and strategy of providing and managing human resources services and information to employees within an organization. This encompasses various aspects, including employee support, benefits administration, onboarding, payroll, and other HR related functions
What are we looking for Lead end-to-end Workforce Administration (Hire-to-Retire) processes. Manage employee lifecycle activities including: Onboarding Job and personal data changes Promotions and transfers Organizational changes Leave and absence administration Benefits administration Offboarding Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards. Review and approve complex HR transactions. Support escalations and resolve critical employee or client issues.
Lead Knowledge Transfer (KT), transitions, and process migrations. Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Strong knowledge of Workforce Administration / Employee Data Management. Experience with Workday, SAP HR, Oracle HCM, or SuccessFactors. Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Experience in process documentation and SOP creation. Exposure to HR transitions and global process rollouts. Ability to work in a fast-paced, SLA-driven workplace.
