Role & Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate all carpentry and shuttering/formwork activities at the construction site.
- Ensure formwork is erected, aligned, and dismantled as per approved drawings and project specifications.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor the productivity of carpentry teams.
- Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and other trades for smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.
- Inspect materials, tools, and equipment to ensure proper usage and maintenance.
- Resolve on-site issues related to carpentry works and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain daily work progress reports and manpower records.

Preferred Candidate Profile





- ITI/Diploma or relevant technical qualification is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Carpentry Foreman in construction projects.
- Solid knowledge of shuttering/formwork systems, carpentry techniques, and construction drawings.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects is preferred.
- Good leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Ability to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
- Willingness to work at project sites.
