Job Summary

We are looking for an AI/ML Technical Lead with 8 10 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise AI/ML and Generative AI solutions. Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead the architecture, design, and development of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
- Define AI technology roadmaps and scalable solution architectures.
- Build and deploy production-ready AI systems with scalability, security, and reliability.
- Develop Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP,



Computer Vision, and Generative AI applications.
- Design and optimize LLM-based applications using RAG, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, Fine-tuning, and orchestration frameworks.
- Design and implement end-to-end MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Review AI models, code, and system designs to ensure quality and best practices.
- Lead AI platform modernization and optimization initiatives.
- Ensure AI governance, explainability, compliance, and ethical AI practices.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams to deliver AI solutions.
- Mentor AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and Developers.
- Conduct technical workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Participate in technical hiring and team development.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and contribute to innovation initiatives.
- Drive Proof of Concepts (POCs) and strategic AI transformation programs.
