Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of qualified calling experience, preferably in:
- International Voice Process, or
- US Mortgage VOE Process
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent professional work experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Outlook).
- Familiarity with mortgage-related software/tools.
- Flexibility to work in night shifts aligned with US business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to HR departments and employers to perform Verbal Verification of Employment (VVOE).
- Review and validate W-2 forms, pay stubs, and tax returns for accuracy and consistency.
- Utilize third-party verification platforms such as The Work Number, Equifax, and Truv to obtain employment data.
- Ensure all verification activities comply with RESPA, FHA, and VA loan requirements.
