JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented qualified for Project Planning & Control in our Ground Mount Solar Division. The role is responsible for end-to-end planning, scheduling, monitoring, and control of utility-scale solar projects.

The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring timely execution of ground-mounted solar EPC projects by coordinating with engineering, procurement, and site execution teams, while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Project Planning & Scheduling

- Develop detailed project schedules for utility-scale solar (ground mount) projects using MS Project / Primavera P6.
- Prepare Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) aligned with project scope and milestones.
- Define project timelines, deliverables, and critical paths.
- Plan resource allocation including manpower, machinery, and materials.

2. Monitoring & Project Control

- Track project progress against baseline schedules.
- Identify delays, risks, and deviations, and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct variance analysis and prepare recovery plans.
- Monitor site execution activities including civil, mechanical, and electrical works.

3. Cross-Functional Coordination

- Coordinate with design, procurement, logistics, and site teams for smooth project execution.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables.
- Support site teams in resolving planning-related issues and bottlenecks.

4. Reporting & Documentation

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management.




- Develop dashboards and MIS reports for tracking key project KPIs.
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, and revisions.
- Assist in audits, compliance, and client reporting requirements.

5. Risk Management & Process Improvement

- Identify potential project risks and delays; develop mitigation strategies.
- Implement best practices in planning and project control.
- Utilize ERP/project management tools to improve project visibility and efficiency.

DESIRED PROFILE:

- Proven experience in project planning & control in ground-mounted solar / EPC / infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of utility-scale solar project lifecycle (design to commissioning).
- Knowledge of construction activities including piling, mounting structure, module installation, and transmission connectivity.
- Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera P6.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
