Position Overview

The Accounts Supervisor will oversee the hotels accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with industry standards, and smooth day-to-day management of the finance team. This role is pivotal in safeguarding the hotels financial health while supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Oversight: Supervise daily accounting activities including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor junior accountants, ensuring adherence to policies and deadlines.
- Budget Monitoring: Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, internal controls, and hospitality industry standards.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review.
- Audit Support:



Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Robust knowledge of hospitality finance and ERP/accounting systems.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in hotel industry accounting.
- Familiarity with international financial standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management tools.
