- Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities.
- Prepare and manage employee shift schedules.
- Process monthly payroll for trainees and staff.
- Coordinate recruitment activities and interview scheduling.
- Organize Training & Development programs.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
- Handle employee grievances and support conflict resolution.
- Ensure HR policy compliance and statutory documentation.
- Support internal and external HR audits.
- Manage HR MIS reports and employee documentation.
- Handle office administration and coordination.
- Manage visitor registration and visitor management.
- Coordinate with departments on HR and administrative activities.
- Perform other HR and administrative responsibilities as assigned by management.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM, MSW in Human Resources is preferred.
- 2-6 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, automotive or industrial sectors will be an added advantage.
