We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CCTV Management Executive to oversee and manage CCTV surveillance systems across branch locations. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring CCTV operations, coordinating with vendors, ensuring system uptime, and maintaining surveillance-related records and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage CCTV systems across multiple branch locations.
- Coordinate with vendors for CCTV installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure uninterrupted CCTV operations and timely resolution of technical issues.
- Manage CCTV recording backups and storage systems.
- Maintain inventory records of CCTV cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and related equipment.
- Coordinate with internal departments for surveillance and security requirements.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to CCTV operations, incidents, and maintenance activities.
- Conduct regular system checks to ensure proper functionality and compliance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of CCTV assets and service records.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of CCTV surveillance systems and networking concepts.
- Knowledge of DVR/NVR systems, IP cameras, and video storage solutions.
- Good coordination and vendor management skills.
- Robust documentation and reporting abilities.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Technical background preferred).
- Diploma/Certification in Networking, CCTV Systems, or IT Hardware will be an added advantage.
