The Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to support business decision-making within a defined area of expertise. This role investigates data trends, resolves operational and analytical issues, provides insights and recommendations, and supports stakeholders through accurate reporting and data-driven analysis. The individual works independently on routine assignments while seeking guidance for complex or non-standard requests.

Role & responsibilities

- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
- Investigate data issues, anomalies, and non-standard requests within assigned functional areas.
- Provide accurate explanations, interpretations, and recommendations based on data findings.
- Utilize relevant data, metrics, and business information to solve operational and analytical problems.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data summaries to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand information needs and deliver analytical support.
- Prioritize and manage multiple assignments to meet established timelines and service expectations.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across reports and analyses.
- Communicate findings and analytical outcomes clearly to business and operational teams.




- Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven recommendations.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 02 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and communicate findings effectively.
- Robust organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently within a specialized knowledge area while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Eagerness to learn and apply analytical techniques to solve business problems.
