Office Timings - 9:30 to 6:30PM

2nd and 4th Saturday Off

Must have Own laptop & Wifi connections

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for handling the process of end-to-end IT Recruitment cycle
- To source profiles from various job portals like Naukri, monster, shine etc
- Must have experience in Niche hiring.
- Must have experience in hiring IT candidates
- Valuable Knowledge in Technologies
- Initial screening and profile matching with reference to educational qualification, experience, communication.
- Scheduling candidates for interviews like Telephonic, F2F, Skype, Zoom call, web Etc
- Should have work Extensively on All Job Portal
- Knowledge of CTC Structure state wise will be desirable
- Negotiating the salary as well as the notice period
- Regular Follow up the candidates till joining
- Maintaining the database and preparing daily reports.
